Delete from the app

1. Open the Kitcie app and sign in.

2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

3. Type “hesabımı sil” in the confirmation field.

4. Tap Confirm and Delete. This cannot be undone.

If the app is not installed

Email destek@kitcie.app from the address on your account.

Use the subject “Kitcie account deletion request”.

We will process the request.

Data deleted or anonymized immediately

Email, phone number, display name, and profile photo are anonymized or deleted immediately.

Login and session data are closed.

Favorites, badges, and level progress are removed.

Personal profile data is closed. The account is marked deleted.

Data retained and extra retention periods

Reviews and ratings: your personal identity is removed (the name becomes “Kullanıcı Silindi”). The content may remain anonymously for restaurant records.

Legal obligations (for example invoices or fraud records) are kept only as long as required, then deleted or anonymized.

Security logs are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
