1. Commercial Electronic Message Consent

Under Turkish Law No. 6563 on Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, I freely set my preferences below for Kitcie to send commercial electronic messages to me.

Commercial electronic messages from Kitcie may include:

• campaigns, discounts, promotions,

• announcements of new features and services,

• business and menu recommendations,

• event announcements,

• promotional and marketing content regarding Kitcie products and services.

2. Communication Channels

SMS

For Kitcie to send commercial electronic messages to my mobile phone number via SMS;

EMAIL

For Kitcie to send commercial electronic messages to my email address;

MOBILE APP NOTIFICATIONS

For Kitcie to send commercial and promotional notifications to me via the mobile app;

3. Scope of Consent

I accept that my consent applies only to the communication channel(s) I select.

Not giving consent for a channel, or withdrawing consent, does not prevent me from using Kitcie's core Platform services.

Kitcie is obliged to comply with applicable law when sending commercial electronic messages.

4. Personalized Messages

If I want commercial electronic messages personalized based on Platform usage preferences, search and viewing activity, selected business or food categories, location or region preferences, or campaigns and interests, processing of my personal data for this purpose is assessed separately under the Kitcie KVKK Disclosure Text and, where required, the Explicit Consent Text.

Commercial electronic message consent and explicit consent for personal data processing are independent of each other.

5. Business and User Distinction

For merchants or tradespeople registered as businesses on Kitcie, special provisions for merchants and tradespeople under Law No. 6563 and related regulations apply.

For recipients who are consumers, prior consent requirements under applicable law apply.

6. Recording Consent

Kitcie records commercial electronic message consents and opt-out notifications in compliance with applicable law and manages them through the Message Management System (“İYS”) where required.

Where consents are transferred to or managed via İYS, applicable procedures and timelines apply.

7. Right to Opt Out

I have the right to refuse commercial electronic messages at any time.

When I opt out, my consent for the relevant communication channel ends.

I may opt out by:

• using the opt-out method in the message,

• via İYS,

• through preference management tools provided by Kitcie.

I do not need to provide a reason to opt out.

Upon opt-out, Kitcie stops sending commercial electronic messages through the relevant channel within the period prescribed by law.

8. Content of Commercial Electronic Messages

Commercial electronic messages from Kitcie include identifying information and opt-out options required by applicable law.

Where law requires the nature of the message to be stated separately, the message is prepared accordingly.

9. Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw my commercial electronic message consent at any time.

Withdrawal does not retroactively affect the lawfulness of communications Kitcie lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

10. Information

I accept that commercial electronic message consent is not a mandatory condition for:

• joining the Kitcie Platform,

• using core Platform services,

• viewing businesses and menus,

• searching on the Platform.

If I do not consent, I may continue using Kitcie's core Platform services.

11. Consent Declaration

I accept that I have read the above, set my preferences regarding commercial electronic messages of my free will, and that my consent applies only to the selected communication channel(s).
