regarding products, services, campaigns, events, businesses, and similar content offered by Kitcie.

I give explicit consent to processing location information from my device so Kitcie can more accurately show nearby businesses, dishes, and menus and personalize my Platform experience.

I understand that device operating system permissions may also be required for location services.

• is given of my free will,

• is not presented as a mandatory condition for any service.

I understand that I cannot be required to give explicit consent under this text to use Kitcie's core Platform services.

5. Withdrawal of Explicit Consent

I understand that I may withdraw my explicit consent at any time without giving a reason.

I may withdraw consent:

• through Kitcie account settings,

• through preference management tools provided by Kitcie,

• by contacting Kitcie.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

After withdrawal, personal data will not continue to be processed for the relevant purpose unless another legal basis applies.

6. Relationship with the Disclosure Text

This Explicit Consent Text is read together with the Kitcie Personal Data Protection and Processing Disclosure Text.

The Disclosure Text and Explicit Consent Text are independent of each other.

Personal data processing Kitcie may carry out on other legal bases under KVKK is not dependent on consent given or not given under this text.
